If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help make it right.

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@taylorriverranch.com and include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Contact information

• Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Returns must be approved prior to shipping back

• Due to the nature of small-batch and limited edition items, we reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
